Diana's Design: T-Shirt
This design was inspired by 2023 fellow Diana!
"I decided to focus on the equal rights of Latinos through a folklorico dancer. The reason why I decided to represent Latinos through a folklorico dancer is because they embrace many Latin American countries' cultures and traditions through their liveliness and beauty. On the dancer's dress, I decided to implement symbols that describe the importance of unity, education, climate change, and health around the world. As for the dancer's hair, I decided to draw stick figures holding hands to symbolize balance among one another. As the folklorico dancer dances, she holds the hope of inspiring not only Latinos but also the rest of the world about the importance of contributing together to maintain global peace."
