Alabama Food Bank Association

Homework Alabama
Homework Alabama is a statewide effort made possible by the State Library of Alabama (APLS) through local public libraries, with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through their Library Services and Technology Act grant program, as well as state funds appropriated by the State Legislature specifically for this program.

Tutor.com paid for by Alaska State Library
Free online tutoring through tutor.com is available to military and non-military Alaskan students. Tutors are certificated teachers, college professors and graduate students. Tutor.com is committed to safety. All tutors are screened and go through extensive background checks. This service also works on smartphone devices.
Arizona Food Bank Network
The Arizona Food Bank Network (AzFBN), formerly the Association of Arizona Food Banks, is a private, non-profit organization serving five regional food bank members and a network of nearly 1,200 food pantries and agencies. Arkansas Food Bank is committed to exploring ways to create seamless access to nutritious food for children who face hunger. Arkansas Internet Access Resources

UPchieve for Arkansas
UPchieve is a free, online platform for tutoring and college counseling. They offer virtual tutoring for math and science 24/7. California Department of Education
The California Department of Education has compiled a non-comprehensive list of publishers offering free distance learning resources for eligible students.
Hunger Free Colorado
Hunger Free Colorado leads efforts to connect families and individuals to food resources and fuel change in systems, policies and social views, so no Coloradan goes hungry. Colorado Lifeline Program
enTouch Wireless offers government assisted wireless services to low income families and individuals in Colorado. Qualified customers receive Free cell phone service. Certain residents may be eligible for a Free cell phone. They offer Lifeline discounts to qualified Colorado subscribers.
Colorado Tutoring Services
The following schools are required by the federal No Child Left Behind Act to provide academic services at no cost to low-income students enrolled in the school. Services may include tutoring or special classes to help students in reading or math.
Connecticut Food Bank

Assurance Wireless is a federal Lifeline Assistance program. Lifeline is a government assistance program. The Assurance Wireless offer provides eligible low-income free monthly data, unlimited texting, and free monthly minutes. Plus a free phone.

Feeding Florida
Feeding Florida is a statewide network that unites 12 member food banks to provide a healthy, adequate, and consistent food supply to every community every day. Feeding Florida member food banks support more than 2,200 local charitable agencies, which provide food directly to individuals and families in need to ensure a hunger-free Florida. University of Hawai'i at Mānoa
The Online Learning Academy (OLA) provides free, one-on-one English, math and science tutoring, by highly-qualified college tutors. They offer tutoring in the following subjects: basic math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, writing, and language arts.
Idaho Food Bank
The Idaho Food Bank is an independent, donor-supported, nonprofit organization founded in 1984, and is the largest distributor of free food assistance in Idaho. The Food Bank has distributed more than 135 million pounds of food to Idaho families through a network of more than 230 community-based partners.
Idaho Lifeline Program
enTouch Wireless offers government assisted wireless services to low income families and individuals in Idaho. They also offer Lifeline discounts to qualified Idaho customers who meet certain eligibility requirements such as government assistance or a household income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Idaho Out of School Network
The Idaho Out-of-School Network’s mission is to ensure Idaho’s youth have access to high quality out-of-school (OST) programs. OST programs reveal that youth enrolled in quality programs perform better academically, have better school attendance, adapt better socially, are more likely to graduate from high school and go-on to higher learning.
Hunger in Illinois

Feeding Kentucky
Feeding Kentucky’s seven member food banks serve all 120 Kentucky counties in partnership with a network of over 800 local food pantries and shelters. Last year, their members distributed 86 million pounds of food and grocery products, which was enough to supply 72 million meals for many struggling neighbors.

Maine AT&T Access Program
Access from AT&T is a low-cost program for home internet access in the 21 states where we offer wireline home internet services to limited income households who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits in Maine.
Equality Maine

Maryland Food Bank

The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts

Feeding Missouri
Feeding Missouri is a coalition of the six Missouri Food Banks working to provide hunger relief to every county (and St. Louis City) in the state. Collectively, they distribute over 120 million pounds of food each year through a network of more than 1,500 community feeding programs.
Missouri Internet Access Resources
Accessibility is critical to meet the need for education, telemedicine, telecommuting, and overall quality of life. Several broadband providers are temporarily offering free internet service, waiving disconnect and late fees, providing access to WiFi Hotspots and other measures to help people at home access the services they need.
St. Charles City-County Library
St. Charles City-County Library customers check out over 5.5 million items per year. This is inclusive of free online tutoring provided by Tutor.com.
Montana Food Bank Network

EdReady Montana
EdReady Montana is a free program for all students in Montana. Math goals have been established since 2014 and English goals are rolling out for the first time in 2018. Customized math learning goals English learning goals are available.
Food Bank for the Heartland
Food Bank for the Heartland partners with organizations throughout the Nebraska and Western Iowa region to provide programs and resources designed to help kids stay fed, healthy, and happy. The site lists food bank locations and schools that participate in their BackPack program.
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) provides cash assistance to low income families with children for up to 60 months. ADC is funded by the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. Homework Help Now
Through the City of Lincoln Public Library, Homework HelpNow provides free homework help and online tutoring for grades 3-12 in the areas of math, english, science, and social studies. Chat with a tutor through instant messaging from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Spanish-speaking tutors are also available.
Nevada Free Food Banks and Emergency Pantries
Nevada food banks provide free or discounted groceries, food, hot meals, and other forms of non-financial support families and seniors. Succeed2Together is comprised of volunteers and retired teachers providing free tutoring to students in Greater Montclair and Essex County, including East Orange, Bloomfield, Orange, and Newark. They offer many programs: afterschool tutoring, college essay tutoring, weekend enrichment classes, and summer programs.
Roadrunner Food Bank

New Mexico Broadband Map
The site includes WiFi Hotspots generously deployed by Internet Service Providers (ISP) and public agencies. ATF Dial-A-Teacher
From 5:30 to 8:00 pm during the school year, ATF Dial-A-Teacher provides free tutoring in English or Spanish.
